Kovo started as a full-cycle medical billing RCM services firm, growing through acquisitions.  Kovo recently applied AI automation to Healthcare problems and conceived a larger company vision, naturally adapted to business process optimization opportunities in: Energy, IT Connectivity and Security.  The Kovo+ extended business model platform now presents explosive organic and acquisitive growth situations in high multiple Saas and Ai revenue classifications.

Mr. Anderson leads with a multi- industry enterprise software, business process management and market consolidation background.  Justin’s 30 plus years of experience spans successful entrepreneurial exits coupled with meaningful operational maturity, working for global leading financial and software companies. Mr. Anderson has led initiatives for 3 family offices with recognized brand successes and has been involved in placing $400M in buy and sell side investments.

His impactful track record of success in progressive roles at ABI and KOVO highlights his leadership acumen. Mark is a CPA and holds a bachelor’s degree from the Schulich School of Business.

CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

Kovo’s Executive Chairman is a recognized global e-Health and healthcare operations innovator. As CEO and Founder at Axon, Dr. Bak invented and oversaw development of the record sharing and visual indexing system that revolutionized the way patients and physicians interact with an e-medical record. Dr. Bak has helped various countries with their e-Health strategies and implementation, assisted regional authorities with health IT implementations and is the architect of North America’s first fully digital hospital — Humber River Hospital’s — digital vision.

AUDIT COMMITTEE CHAIR

Mr. Gahunia has completed over $150M in financings for a wide range of companies — and sits on multiple Boards of health-tech, digital transformation and AI leaders. Mr. Gahunia started his career at Deloitte, working with innovative clients that included Bell New Ventures, Virgin Mobile and Optiva as a telecommunications specialist in the Toronto, Canada and Sydney Australia offices. Mr. Gahunia recently exited Coinberry as its CFO after the company was sold to Wonderfi Technologies. A Chartered Accountant, Harp is the Chair of Kovo’s Audit Committee.

Currently, the President and Founder of The Steele Family Foundation, his global experiences in philanthropic endeavours for children have strengthened his resolve to build a patient-focused healthcare company based on the principles of trust and transparency.
